Bac Ninh (VNA) – The Bac Ninh Fruit Festival 2025 will be held from December 5 to 10, offering a diverse programme that blends trade promotion with cultural and tourism activities.
The event aims to celebrate the value of local agricultural produce, introduce key growing areas, promote agricultural tourism, and enhance the recognition of local brands.
It is expected to draw strong participation from enterprises and cooperatives both in and outside the northern province, along with industry associations, international organisations, and suppliers of modern processing and preservation technologies. The festival will provide a platform for businesses to network, exchange experience, and seek opportunities for trade and investment cooperation.
Vice Chairman of the Bac Ninh provincial People’s Committee Pham Van Thinh said the exhibition space will comprise eight main zones for local fruits and agricultural products, farm produce of other localities, agricultural tools and technology, biotechnologies for agriculture, e-commerce demonstrations, culinary areas, cultural performances, and an exhibition highlighting the history and achievements of Bac Ninh.
The Bac Ninh Fruit Festival 2025 will not only spotlight the province’s agricultural strengths and signature produce but also reinforce its image as a dynamic and sustainably developing locality. It is expected to create opportunities for businesses and cooperatives to promote their brands, sign trade agreements, and improve their market access and trade promotion skills, thereby contributing to rural industrialisation, economic restructuring, and sustainable agricultural development.
During the festival, nightly art shows will feature Bac Ninh’s cultural heritage. The organisers will also introduce local tourist destinations and fruit garden tours, while arranging free shuttle buses to bring residents and visitors from across the province to join the event and its accompanying fair./.
