Hanoi (VNA) – Retail fuel prices in Vietnam fell for a fourth consecutive week from 3pm on June 18 under an adjustment by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Minsitry of Finance.
In the latest price adjustment, the retail price of E5RON92 biofuel was capped at 20,126 VND (0.76 USD) per litre, down 1,206 VND and 627 VND lower than that of E10RON95-III. Meanwhile, the maximum price of 0.05S diesel fell by 2,343 VND to 23,534 VND per litre. Mazut also declined by 1,928 VND to 16,680 VND per kilogram.
The publication of the E10RON95-III base price began from this pricing period under Government Resolution No. 29/2026/NQ-CP, as part of efforts to align domestic fuel prices with global market developments and improve price management.
As of June 18, Vietnam’s petrol and oil prices remained lower than those in neighbouring countries, according to the Ministry of Industry and Trade./.

E5RON92 petrol is capped at 21,332 VND (0.81 USD) per litre, down 452 VND while diesel 0.05S is set at no more than 25,877 VND per litre, down 989 VND.
