– State President Luong Cuong and a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation arrived in Beijing on September 2 evening, beginning their three-day trip to attend a ceremony marking the 80th anniversary of the world people's victory over fascism and engage in bilateral activities in China.
The working trip is made at the invitation of General Secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and President of China Xi Jinping. Read full story
– Cuba is committed to creating favourable conditions and offering greater incentives, while also being ready to listen to and address difficulties and obstacles to enable Vietnamese enterprises to do business in the country, First Secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba Central Committee and President of Cuba Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez affirmed on September 2.
The top Cuban leader made the statement while joining Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh in a meeting with Vietnamese businesses to boost bilateral trade and investment collaboration, as part of his state visit to Vietnam. Read full story
– Chairman of the Vietnamese National Assembly Tran Thanh Man received a Russian delegation led by Vladimir Vladimirovich Yakushev, Secretary of the General Council of the United Russia Party (URP) and First Deputy Speaker of the Federation Council of the Russian Federal Assembly, in Hanoi on September 2.

– The high-ranking delegations from Laos and Cambodia visited an exhibition of national achievements themed “80-Year Journey of Independence – Freedom – Happiness” at the Vietnam Exposition Centre in Hanoi on September 2, on the occasion of their attendance at the ceremony marking the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day of Vietnam.
