Paris (VNA) – Vietnamese tech company Gremsy JSC is showcasing its products at Eurosatory 2026, one of the world's largest defence and security exhibitions, taking place in Paris from June 15–19.
As the only Vietnamese tech firm exhibiting directly at the event, Gremsy's participation highlights the growing ability of domestic enterprises to integrate into global technology value chains and compete in high-tech international markets.
Eurosatory 2026 has attracted more than 300 official delegations from nearly 100 countries and close to 2,000 defence and security companies from over 60 nations, serving as a premier platform for the latest advances in UAVs, artificial intelligence (AI), electronic warfare, military robotics, and modern security solutions.
Gremsy Chief Executive Officer Tran Quoc Vinh said the company specialises in researching and manufacturing camera systems, gimbals, and payload solutions integrated into UAV platforms. Its products are used in a wide range of applications, including security surveillance, public safety, solar power inspections, transmission line monitoring, and other industrial operations.
He noted that this is Gremsy’s first appearance at Eurosatory. Through the exhibition, the company aims to introduce technology products developed by Vietnamese engineers to international customers. After 15 years in the electro-optics and imaging equipment sector, Gremsy has built a customer network spanning France, other European countries, and the US.
According to Vinh, participation in Eurosatory is not only an opportunity to promote products but also to demonstrate the technological capabilities of Vietnamese enterprises. He stressed that Vietnamese engineers are fully capable of researching, developing, and manufacturing high-tech products that meet stringent international standards in the defence, security, and industrial sectors.
During the exhibition, Gremsy’s booth attracted strong interest from international delegations, technology companies, and defence representatives. Its camera, gimbal, and observation solutions drew attention for their ability to integrate across multiple UAV platforms, serving both civilian and defence purposes.
The company’s presence at Eurosatory 2026 reflects the increasingly close link between defence diplomacy and the development of defence and high-tech industries, while showcasing Vietnam’s capacity to innovate and expand opportunities for international cooperation./.
