HCM City hosts int’l exhibitions featuring packaging, beverage, plastic, rubber industries

ProPak Vietnam 2025, Plastics & Rubber Vietnam 2025, and DrinkTech Vietnam 2025 serve as not only a showcase of cutting-edge technologies and breakthrough solutions but also a platform for business networking, enabling enterprises to improve competitiveness, stay ahead of market trends, and expand their global presence.

HCM City (VNA) - The 18th International Exhibition on Processing, Packaging, and Packaging Technology - ProPak Vietnam 2025; the 12th International Plastics & Rubber Technologies and Materials Exhibition (Plastics & Rubber Vietnam 2025), and the 2nd International Beverage Technology Exhibition (DrinkTech Vietnam 2025) opened in Ho Chi Minh City on March 18.

Jointly organised by Informa Markets Vietnam, the Vietnam Packaging Association (VPA), to the Vietnam Beer-Alcohol-Beverage Association (VBA), the Vietnam Waste Recycling Association (VWRA), the series gathers over 410 exhibitors from 29 countries and territories worldwide.

The exhibitors are leading global suppliers of materials and technologies for processing and packaging food, beverages, and pharmaceuticals, printing, labeling, cold chain supply, and logistics services.

They serve as not only a showcase of cutting-edge technologies and breakthrough solutions but also a platform for business networking, enabling enterprises to improve competitiveness, stay ahead of market trends, and expand their global presence.

According to Ben Wong, General Director of Informa Markets Vietnam, the combination of the three exhibitions reflects the close interconnection between the processing and packaging industry and the plastics and rubber sector in the modern supply chain.

Businesses operating in the industries are increasingly focusing on sustainable production solutions and material optimisation, so this integration provides a comprehensive platform to ensure that businesses can access advanced technologies in both sectors, he said.

The exhibition series is expected to serve as a catalyst for innovation, and foster sustainable growth for businesses in the future, Wong added.

Le Thi Nhu Hanh, Vice President of the VPA, said that the exhibitions provide an opportunity for domestic and international businesses to stay updated on new trends and seek strategic partnerships.

In the framework of the three-day event, there will be seminars on solutions for Net Zero packaging, technological innovations in the beverage sector, sustainable cold chain logistics for the food industry, and green processing and packaging trends./.
